• Interest Rates - Starting at 7.12%
• Loan Term - 30 Years (3, 5, 7, 10 Years Available)
• Amortization - 30 Years or Interest Only
• Interest Only Available: Up to 10 Years
• Variable Prepayment Options
• First Lien Position
• Loan Advance - Up to 80% of Purchase Costs (Purchase Price + Closing Costs)
• Loan to Value - Up to 80% of As Is Value for Acquisitions, 80% for Refinance
• Experience Preferred but Not Required
